Privacy Policy
Through this Privacy Policy, Ragusa Telekom d.o.o. (the Company) protects the privacy of its clients and demonstrates care for their personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EC (the Regulation) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (OG 42/2018). Through this Privacy Policy, the Company transparently and publicly discloses the ways in which it carries out the processing of personal data exclusively according to the principles of the Regulation.
Personal data
According to the Regulation, personal data are all data relating to an individual whose identity is identified or can be identified (“a respondent”), and the individual or respondent referred to in the Regulation, whose identity can be identified is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly.
Processing
According to the Regulation, processing means – any procedure or set of procedures performed on personal data or on personal data sets, whether by automated or non-automated means such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, finding, inspecting, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, synchronizing or combining, restricting, deleting, or destroying.
Data collection
The Company collects personal data directly from the respondent for the purpose of processing. Data is processed on the basis of a contract or legal obligation.
Purpose and insight
Personal data will be used exclusively for the purposes mentioned above and, during processing, will be available to the outsourcing processor – a reputable organization from Croatia that the Company engages for hosting the web site.
Web cookies
The website uses web cookies. These are the small parts of code that your browser automatically performs and are needed to properly display the content of pages on all devices; without them the use of the pages would not be possible. The information that is collected does not contain personal data and serves better page performance and improves your user experience.

Storage and protection
Personal data will be stored and processed within the legal deadline and protected by adequate security measures. Backups are created for all data, and access to documentation is restricted. Please note that no system is 100% secure and therefore we continually invest in improving the protection of your data, but we cannot guarantee complete security.
Rights of the respondent
We provide the conditions for you to decide on the processing of your personal data. Above all, we enable you the following rights:
a) The right to access data
You have the right to request confirmation of whether we process your data and, if so, to get access to that data. In case we process a larger amount of data relating to you, we may ask you to specify your request for the delivery of specific data groups that we process about you.
b) The right to rectification
In case you notice that we process inaccurate or incomplete data about you or you want to modify it, you have the right to request the correction of the same or the supplement of incomplete personal data. In order to ensure that we always process only accurate personal data about you, it is necessary that you notify us of any changes without delay.
c) The right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
Erasure of personal data may be requested, for example, if you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of your particular data, when your personal data is processed unlawfully, or when your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed. However, please acknowledge that we will not be able to erase your data if it is needed to comply with legal obligations, contractual obligations, and other legal grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation.
d) The right to restrict processing
You have the right to obtain the restriction of the processing of your personal data, which may be requested, for example, if you have filed a complaint about data processing, you suspect the accuracy of the personal data being processed or the lawfulness of their processing, but you do not want this data to be deleted, or you still need it for the realization of legal claims.
e) The right to data portability
If the processing is based on your consent or is carried out for the purpose of executing the contract concluded with you, and is at the same time carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive the personal data we have received from you. If requested, we will transfer your personal data directly to the other controller, if this is technically feasible.
f) The right to object
At any time, given your particular situation, you are authorized to lodge an objection to the processing of personal data relating to you, due to which we will restrict its processing. We will also delete the said data and stop processing it, unless we prove that there are justified and legitimate legal grounds for retaining it. In addition, at any time you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing. Upon filing your objection, your personal data will stop being processed for that purpose.
g) The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
If you consider that the processing of your personal data is contrary to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. For the territory of the Republic of Croatia, the supervisory authority is the Personal Data Protection Agency, with headquarters at: Martićeva ulica 14, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, web: azop.hr, tel: +385 1 4609 000.
h) The right to withdraw consent
If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without any consequences.

Note – when submitting a request, identification of the applicant is required. The reason is the protection of you as the owner of the personal data.
